6. •Power Pilates (7/28-8/25: 5 weeks. PRE-REG):  $70
   

7. •Meditation *Sanctuary always donates all proceeds from meditation to charitable causes  locally, nationally & globally. Suggested donation: $10 drop in or $50 for session

Additional Thursday, Friday, Saturday & Sunday Classes Will Return on the Fall Schedule Beginning September 1st, ‘08.

Studio is Closed from July 1st-6th. Other cancellations or changes will be posted on the website & at the studio.

3. •Gentle Yoga: Kripalu based, gently paced foundational breath & postures. Great for beginners, a restorative practice, or pre-natal yoga for pregnant students (with some additional modifications). All levels, with Erinn.
   

4. •Kripalu Yoga: A class for mind, body, spirit with focus on technique of alignment and engagement in a broad variety of postures. Each class includes pranayama (breath), meditation/centering and relaxation. All levels & great for beginners, led by Erinn.
   

5. •Women's Hatha: customized for women,   postures for balance & energy, strength & flexibility. A spiritually enriching approach led by Marilee. All levels; experience required.
   

6. •Morning Moderate: Kripalu-based postures to awaken and enliven body, mind & energy... arise & shine! Led by Erinn, all levels.
   

7. •Moderate Yoga: pranayama (breath) and asana (postures) of moderate levels led through  moderate paced sequence and flow. All levels, With Erinn or Elizabeth.
   

8. •Vinyasa: Flowing postures with breath,  complexity in asana with swift movement.   Innovative flows, endurance holds, hand/arm balances for enlivening depth of practice.  Led by Erinn or Elizabeth, requires previous moderate yoga experience.
   

9. •Power Pilates: Mat class of essential Pilates foundations for core conditioning & all-over tone. Movement and technique range from basic to intermediate. Led by Sara.
   

10. •Yogilates: dynamic fusion of Yoga & Pilates: connect to your center and condition your core! A fresh twist on practice for all levels. Led by Erinn/Sara.
    

11. •Meditation: join in sacred community for meditation drawn from various traditions  and practices. Led by Marilee.
    

12. •Therapeutic Relax & Stretch: Release tension in the body & stress in the mind. Guided relaxation with gentle stretches. Led by Dori.
