Sanctuary Center donates all proceeds from meditation to local & national charitable causes.

STUDIO STEWARDSHIP: please follow these guidelines: 

     Arrive on time or early!                                                                                  1st time students call/email in advance.

     Cell phones/ pagers OFF or silent.                                                         Remove shoes/coats before entering studio.

     Speak quietly, limit conversation in studio.                                            Wear comfortable exercise apparel.
