FAMILY CONSTELLATION: FAMILY DYNAMICS

Saturday, 3/27,  10a - 5p

Workshop by Ellen Boehnke

This workshop is available to those who like to experience an unique and important approach of healing.
Many of the issues in our lives can be linked with invisible, unconscious bonds we may have with our ancestors, leaving us feeling confused, disempowered and fearful. Traumas, tragedies, and subtle patterns within the family continue to influence us today even if they are long "forgotten".
During the day we discover hidden dynamics by setting up family constellations using representatives to stand in the place of family members, living or dead.
A constellation moves towards the restoration of balance.

Any type of issue can be addressed, not exclusively that which deals with familial concerns. Career choices, addictive behaviors, health problems, relationship issues, conflicts with business associates, even pattern of self-sabotage.

FAMILY CONSTELLATION/FAMILY DYNAMIC WORKSHOP

Saturday, December 5th, 10 a - 5 p

Sanctuary Studio

During the holiday season, family relationships often become points of focus, sources of stress or joy.  The workshop in Family Constellation/Dynamic is a unique and important approach of healing.

It is a cognitive exploration of the image we carry, allowing it to move and shift, seeing its full landscape and thus maybe freeing our energy from the story it may be stuck in...

Many of the issues in our lives can be linked with invisible, unconscious bonds we may have with our ancestors, leaving us feeling confused, disempowered and fearful. Traumas, tragedies, and subtle patterns within the family continue to influence us today even if they are long "forgotten".

In a safe and loving environment we will look into more then two generations.

Participants will come to feel and know the depths of their soul through the innovative and creative blending of this work.

Any type of issue can be addressed, not exclusively that which deals with familial concerns. Career choices, addictive behaviors, health problems, relationship issues, conflicts with business associates, even pattern of self-sabotage.

Life is good, and it is all connected by the eternal energy of love.

An introductory exploration of the 7 main energy center of the body through yoga, movement, sound & guided imagery. The charkas are a direct access into the endocrine system.  This system is in charge of balancing our hormones. The hormones released by the glands of the endocrine system influence almost every cell, organ, and function of our body. Each gland of the endocrine system has a direct correlation to each chakra. By balancing and clearing the chakras we are clearing our selves on the physical, emotional, spiritual, and energetic levels. This creates a profound sense of well being.

MOVEMENT WORKSHOP: BUILDING BALANCE

Saturday January 24th, 10:30a - 12:30p

Offered by Erinn Cayehal & Sara Sullivan

Would you like to feel more confidence and stability in your sense of balance? This workshop will blend techniques of yoga and Pilates to build balance on the mat in your practice and off the mat in daily life. Learn the alignments and engagements that lead to graceful balance in the body, and deepen awareness of 'balance in the being'- balance of body, energy, mind, emotions. We will highlight the Yoga postures specific to balance, with tips & keys to building the full expression of the posture. These include standing balance poses and hand/arm balances. The Pilates components are selections of Standing Pilates, developed to teach correct alignment in functional positions by reconfiguring the mat exercise to be practiced on both legs and one leg. Standing Pilates is a full-body exercise focusing on how the body moves and reacts in order to build balance. Pilates requires proper form – a controlled, concentrated and centered practice of exercise- and  alignment is key to working the muscles into a balanced condition and to build an overall sense of balance.  Practice leads to a neurorepattering that will translate into functional, correct movement for stronger balance in practice, when standing or sitting, and in numerous daily activities. Embrace the challenge and enjoy the benefits of building balance!

Many defined spiritual practices help us access that experience or feeling. Each of us has unique ways of connecting with that infinite wisdom. In this workshop you will have an opportunity to discover or deepen yours.

This workshop is intended for anyone who wants to pursue the inner process of exploring, awakening, and integrating this deeper aspect of self into daily life and living.
